Add a person

If the identity already belongs to a member, their account is suspended and their active volunteer assignments are archived so the students become unassigned.

Blocked identities

Removing an entry permits future registration. Suspended accounts are not reactivated automatically.

Assign a student or group

Complete the three steps below. The assignment is saved first; email delivery is reported separately.

Current assignments

Search assignments or edit each card to replace the volunteer, add or remove learners, and update its basic information.

Certificate and recommendation requests

Only pending volunteer requests require action. Certificates and recommendation letters are issued by GAHP Project and can be approved or rejected only by the chief administrator.

Issued certificate registry

This is the complete certificate register used by the administrator panel and the public verification page. Historical certificates are synchronised to the database automatically.

Create a limited administrator account

Enter the administrator’s email and a temporary password, then give them those credentials. They sign in at login.html and can use only the permissions selected below.
